Find a UMP Network Provider/Doctor
With UMP, you don't have to choose a primary care provider who directs all of your care. You are free to choose your own providers, including specialists, without getting approval from UMP.
If You Live in the Idaho Border Counties
In the Idaho border counties of Bonner, Kootenai, Latah, and Nez Perce, you can see either a Beech Street or UMP network provider and UMP will pay 85%.
UMP pays non-network providers in these counties at the out-of-area rate (80% of the UMP allowed amount). Non-network providers may charge you more than the allowed amount, and you would be responsible for those charges.
Coverage Outside the United States
UMP covers the same benefits outside the United States when medically necessary and provided by an approved provider type. Services are paid at the out-of-area rate (80% of the UMP allowed amount).
Finding Massage Therapists Outside of Washington
