UMP Classic

The UMP you are familiar with has changed its name to UMP Classic. The biggest changes to UMP Classic are to the prescription drug benefit; see details. Your medical deductible remains the same ($250), as does what services are covered and the percentage you pay; see the Summary of Benefits.

FOR MEDICARE RETIREES: There are two additional changes for Medicare retirees for 2012:

• Inpatient copay: You pay $200 per day for inpatient facility charges, up to $600 per inpatient stay. There is no annual maximum.
• Medical out-of-pocket limit is $2,500 (was $2,000 in 2011).
