Access Patient & Claims Information Through OneHealthPort
Imagine begin able to access information about patient eligibility, or
submit and check on the status of claims with several different health
plans all on the same website! You and your staff can do all that
and more using the secure portal access offered through OneHealthPort. Instead
of juggling logins, passwords, and contracts for different local health
plan and hospital Web sites, OneHealthPort allows you to manage your
online healthcare services in one place FREE.
UMP is participating in a collaborative effort with many other health
plans to provide secure access to patient and claims information through
OneHealthPort. Other health plan participants include Group Health,
Premera, and Regence.
You can access the following services for UMP patients through OneHealthPort:
- Check Eligibility: Get Information on effective
dates and basic demographics for UMP enrollees.
- Check Claims Status: Find out if a claim
has been paid, is in process, or needs more information.
- Secure email: Exchange messages containing
confidential information with our claims administrator that is compliant
with patient privacy laws.
- Submit Claims Electronically: If you're still
submitting claims on paper, Office Ally is a Web-based
free service that allows you to generate and submit claims electronically. You'll
get paid faster with fewer errors!
- Get Paid with Electronic Funds Transfer: If
you're interested in being paid automatically and have the fund
deposited into your practice bank account (and who isn't?), log on to
OneHealthPort and send us a secure email. Our Internet
Technology Department will follow up with you and explain how to get started.
