Electronic Claims Submission
Complete claims submission information is contained in the UMP Billing and Administrative Manuals.
In order to begin the process of submitting claims electronically, you need to contact a clearinghouse directly to establish an account. UMP receives claims from all of the four clearinghouses listed below. Their contact information, including phone numbers, is shown.
Office Ally specializes in small practices that don't currently have the capability to submit claims online. Their service is free and doesn't require you to purchase software.
Note: When submitting claims electronically, please use the Payor ID Number indicated on the health insurance ID card.
