Submitting Claims
All medical claims for dates of service on or after January 1, 2011, must be submitted to the appropriate Regence claims office for processing. If you have questions about where to submit UMP claims, call 1-888-849-3682.
Dates of service in 2010 or earlier are beyond the timely filing limit and are not payable if not previously submitted. If you have questions, call 1-800-762-6004.
