How to Order From the Mail-Order Pharmacy
Before Your First Order
First, you must set up an account with Wellpartner. They need to get your medical history and payment information before you can fill prescriptions (including refills) through mail order. It's also a good idea to make sure Wellpartner has your preferred shipping address.
To set up a mail-order account:

OR - Have your doctor fax the mail-order form
