UMP Classic offers members the choice of two mail-order pharmacies for convenient delivery of your prescriptions to your home or office, with no shipping charges. Each pharmacy accepts credit or debit cards, checks, and Your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Debit Card.

Before Your First Order

First, you must set up an account with the pharmacy of your choice. The pharmacy needs to get your medical history and payment information before you can fill prescriptions including refills through mail order.

To set up a mail-order account:

There are four ways to set up a mail-order account:

  • Create an online pharmacy account, which has links to all your mail-order pharmacy choices in one place
  • Register an online account directly with the mail-order pharmacy of your choice:
  • Call the pharmacy where you wish to place your order:

  • Have your doctor fax a mail-order form from the pharmacy you select along with your prescription (see instructions for faxing)
