Mail-Order Pharmacy

UMP CDHP members may choose to use the network mail-order pharmacy for convenient delivery of your prescriptions to your home or office, with no shipping charges. PPS accepts credit or debit cards, checks, and your Health Savings Account (HSA) VISA Debit Card.

Before Your First Order

First, you must set up an account with the pharmacy of your choice. The pharmacy needs to get your medical history and payment information before you can fill prescriptions including refills through mail order.

To set up a mail-order account:

There are four ways to set up a mail-order account:

• Create an online pharmacy account, which has links to all your mail-order pharmacy choices in one place
• Register an online account directly with PPS (Postal Prescription Services) at www.ppsrx.com
• Call PPS (Postal Prescription Services) at 1-800-552-6694
• Have your doctor fax a mail-order form along with your prescription (see instructions for faxing)

To Order a NEW Prescription
