Medical and Pharmacy Accounts
You have 24-hour access to your medical and pharmacy accounts, including claims history.
Pharmacy Account
By registering for a pharmacy account, you can:
- Order prescription refills via mail order
- Get the status of mail-order prescriptions
- Find the best price for your prescriptions
- View your prescription history
To register:
You will need your UMP ID card number (the number beginning with a "W"), your ZIP code, and an e-mail address.
- Go to your Pharmacy Account Login.
- Select "Register Now."

Medical Account
By registering for a medical account you can:
- Find out if a medical claim has been paid
- Send secure email to UMP Customer Service (you can bookmark a claim that you have questions about in your e-mail)
- Check how much you've paid toward your annual medical deductible
- Register for the Health Counts wellness program and take the health assessment
To register:
You'll need to know your UMP ID number (the number beginning with a "W").
- Go to your Medical Account Login
- Select "Register Now."
