Earning 100 points with UMP's wellness program, Health Counts, now rewards you with a $30 gift card you can use to shop at more than 350 merchants nationwide.
The list of merchants includes retailers, such as Macy's, Sears, Target, KB Toys, Cabela's and Home Depot, and restaurants such as Olive Garden, Applebee's, Chili's and Red Lobster. You can also use your card to make charitable donations or split the amount among more than one merchant.
Plus, this year you'll get your reward faster, because it arrives by email from Hallmark Insights* just days after you earn your 100 Health Counts points. If, however, you do not receive your gift card after two weeks, check your junk mail or spam folders. You can also add HallmarkInsights@hallmarkinsights.com to your email contact list to make sure the email goes to your inbox when it does arrive.
Earning the $30 Health Counts gift card requires taking the eHealth Survey through your UMP online medical account. If your answers add up to 100 points, your gift card will be on its way. If you did not reach 100 points, you can check off more healthy behaviors throughout the year on your Health Counts scorecard, also accessible from your medical account.
