Health Counts, UMP's rewards program for healthy behaviors, has teamed up with myRegence.com to offer members a general health assessment, along with other online tools to help keep you motivated.
Starting in 2012, you now have more ways to participate in Health Counts and earn points towards gift cards on myRegence.com. While Health Counts continues to encourage members to take a health assessment to learn about their health and ways to maintain it, the program also awards bonus points and additional gift cards for doing activities on myRegence.com that provide:
- support in getting and staying physically active
- information to help make wise health care and lifestyle choices
- tools to help navigate the health care system.
You can earn up to $85 in gift cards by participating in Health Counts on myRegence.com.

Getting Started
To get started, have your member ID card handy and follow these steps:
- Go to myRegence.com/UMP.
- Select Register.
- Complete the registration form. Be sure to check the Terms of Use box at the end.
- Select Register and Login.
- Click General Health Assessment under My Health to take the assessment.
While you're logged onto myRegence.com, check out other features such as access to your medical claims, a personal health record and a hospital comparison tool. You don't have to participate in Health Counts to register on myRegence.com.
Hallmark Insights is a third-party vendor contracted to issue Health Counts gift cards. The company does not have access to your health information and will not share, sell or publish your email address.
