Using Network Providers: The links at left explain your out-of-pocket costs when you see a network provider compared to a non-network provider. If you don't have access to a network provider in your area, UMP may pay for services at the out-of-area reimbursement rate.; Retirees who have Medicare as their primary coverage are not limited to the UMP network if they see providers who accept Medicare assignment.; Not all doctors who provide services in UMP network hospitals are necessarily in the UMP network.
