How much you pay for UMP covered services includes annual deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments.
Your costs for care also depend on whether you see a network or non-network provider. If you don't have access to a network provider in your area, UMP may pay for services at the out-of-area rate.
Not all doctors who provide services in UMP network hospitals are necessarily in the UMP network. See hospital-based providers for more information.
