UMP Conversion Plans

Uniform Medical Conversion Plan I (UMCP I) and Uniform Medical Conversion Plan II (UMCP II) are available to former UMP enrollees who are no longer eligible for UMP coverage:

  1. As an employee
  2. As a dependent
  3. As a retiree
  4. Through the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA)

These plans have different benefits, deductibles, payments, premiums, and limits than the original UMP plan. For questions about conversion plan eligibility and enrollment, call PEBB Benefit Services at 1-800-200-1004.
